Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager with 12+ years of SAP experience, including at least 4 years leading SAP projects. You will drive large-scale ERP initiatives, including S/4HANA conversions, coordinating on-site and offshore teams.

The ideal candidate has proven full-cycle SAP implementation experience, post-Go-Live support expertise, and strong skills in business processes, roadmaps, fit-gap analyses, and change management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP with at least 4 years as SAP Project Manager.
• Proven PM experience in ERP implementations or S/4HANA conversions.
• At least 1 successful SAP full cycle implementation as PM with on-site and offshore teams.
• Experience with SAP environments and S/4HANA architecture/modules.
• Post Go Live support with long-term improvements.
• Ability to work with business managers, roadmaps, fit-gap analyses, and change management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP project management across on-site and offshore teams.

Job description

• Overall 12+ years of experience in SAP, with atleast 4 yrs exp as Project Manager in the SAP projects
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in large-scale ERP implementation or S/4HANA conversion projects
• At least 1 successful SAP full cycle implementations as project manager managing on-site und offshore teams
• Experience with SAP environments and understanding of S/4HANA architecture and modules
• At least 1 project as post Go Live management experience having driven long term improvements in SAP support
• Experience in working with location business managers as well as in-depth knowledge of business processes, roadmap definitions, fit-gap analysis, and change management
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
