Job summary

Bestseller India is seeking an experienced SAP SD consultant in Mumbai to drive order-to-cash processes across retail and omnichannel operations.

You will analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specs, and coordinate with ABAP developers and IT teams for custom integrations, testing, and deployments. A strong background in SAP SD and multiple full lifecycle implementations is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for SAP SD-related business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD modules including:
• Customer Master
• Deliveries
• Credit Management
• Route Determination
• Shipping Processes
• Support retail, wholesale, marketplace, franchise, and omnichannel business processes.
• Manage SAP order allocation and distribution processes.
• Support stock availability, ATP, replenishment, and store distribution workflows.
• Work closely with business teams on seasonal planning, store allocation, and inventory distribution requirements.
• Participate in omnichannel initiatives such as BOPIS, Click & Collect, Endless Aisle, and Marketplace integrations.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and migration projects.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, forms, and enhancements.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

Integration Management

• Work closely with:
• SAP MM
• SAP FI/CO
• SAP CAR
• SAP EWM/WM
• SAP Retail
• E-commerce platforms
• Third-party logistics providers

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with business users to understand operational challenges and propose process improvements.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support activities.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and project status to business and IT leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of SAP SD consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP SD Certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Exposure to SAP Retail and SAP CAR will be an added advantage.
• Experience supporting omnichannel and marketplace business models is preferred.
