Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 9-12 years in SD and strong O2C, pricing, billing, and delivery processing. You will design, implement, and support SAP SD solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize sales and distribution operations, and ensure integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, and WM/EWM.

The role requires configuring sales organizations, distribution channels, and partner functions, conducting unit testing and UAT, and preparing

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and support Sales & Distribution processes: Customer Master Data, Inquiry & Quotation, Sales Order, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Credit, Returns.
• Prepare functional specs and coordinate ABAP enhancements.
• Support integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and TM modules.
• Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

Your work profile:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, SAP S/4HANA, and Sales & Distribution configuration.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SD solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize sales, shipping, billing, and customer service operations.
• Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and support Sales & Distribution processes including:
• Customer Master Data
• Inquiry & Quotation Management
• Sales Order Processing
• Pricing & Discounts
• Delivery & Shipping
• Billing & Invoicing
• Credit Management
• Returns & Refunds
• Implement and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Configure sales organizations, distribution channels, divisions, and partner functions.
• Work with business users to improve sales and distribution processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements.
• Support integration with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and TM modules.
• Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Prepare documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
