Tap Growth ai in Bangalore Urban, India is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to lead SAP SD implementations and support. The role focuses on end-to-end O2C processes, pricing, and integration with FI/MM, while mentoring junior teammates and delivering process improvements.

You will work in a flexible office and remote setup, collaborating with business users across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive successful SAP SD deployments and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years as SAP SD Consultant with S/4HANA exposure.
• Hands-on SAP SD implementation & support across end-to-end O2C processes.
• Experience mapping client processes to SAP SD configurations and testing.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of the SAP SD module
• Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions
• Map client business processes and requirements to SAP SD configurations
• Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD functionalities
• Identify gaps, issues, and propose effective workaround solutions
• Act as a liaison with business users for issue analysis and resolution
• Support high-priority issues, including urgent fixes and transports
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and supporting documentation
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification
• Provide support for new implementations, rollouts, and support projects
• Work independently and mentor junior team members when required

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant
• Hands-on experience on SAP S/4HANA (at least one full-cycle project)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes
• Experience in Sales Order processing, including order types and item categories
• Strong knowledge of Pricing procedures, condition techniques, and outputs
• Experience in Delivery, Shipping, and Billing processes
• Good understanding of Output Management (BRF+ preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Business Partner (BP) and customer master data in S/4HANA
• Experience working with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain business teams
• Strong understanding of SD integration with FI and MM
• Exposure to interfaces and integrations (IDoc / API awareness)
• Experience supporting UAT, business testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
• Good documentation and communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience in S/4HANA migration or business transformation projects
• Knowledge of Credit Management (FSCM) and Returns Management
• Understanding of logistics processes (LE / EWM / TM) from a business perspective
• Experience working in Agile delivery or global rollout projects
• SAP S/4HANA SD Certification is an added advantage
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Japanese customers is an added advantage
