Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 8–10 years of SAP SD experience. The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA work, deep expertise in end-to-end O2C processes, and strong knowledge of pricing, delivery, billing, and BP data.

Collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain is essential. The candidate will support UAT, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization, while documenting requirements and configurations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant.
• Hands-on experience on SAP S/4HANA (at least one full-cycle project).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience in Sales Order processing including order types and item categories.
• Strong knowledge of Pricing procedures, condition techniques and outputs.
• Experience in Delivery, Shipping, and Billing processes.
• Good understanding of Output Management (BRF+ preferred).
• Strong knowledge of BP and customer master data in S/4HANA.
• Experience with SD integration with FI and MM.
• Exposure to interfaces (IDoc / API).
• Experience in UAT, testing, cutover and post-go-live stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of the SAP SD module.
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions.
• Map client processes to SAP SD configurations.
• Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD functionalities.
• Identify gaps and propose workaround solutions.
• Liaise with business users for issue analysis and resolution.
• Support high-priority issues and transports.
• Prepare functional specs, test cases, and docs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification.
• Provide support for new implementations, rollouts and projects.
• Mentor junior team members when required.

• Act as a liaison with business users for issue analysis and resolution
• Support high-priority issues, including urgent fixes and transports
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and supporting documentation
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification
• Provide support for new implementations, rollouts, and support projects
• Work independently and mentor junior team members when required

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in S/4HANA migration or business transformation projects
• Knowledge of Credit Management (FSCM) and Returns Management
• Understanding of logistics processes (LE / EWM / TM) from a business perspective
• Experience working in Agile delivery or global rollout projects
• SAP S/4HANA SD Certification is an added advantage
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Japanese customers is an added advantage
