Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management) are highly advantageous.
SAP SC Delivery Track Record: Extensive track record as an IT/SAP Project Manager leading end-to-end SAP SC implementation, rollout, or migration projects within global environments; experience managing projects of up to one million euros is expected.
Methodologies & Soft Skills: Strong grasp of modern project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, hybrid, and traditional Waterfall), backed by excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is highly advantageous.
