Job summary

Advance Career Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects using the SAP Activate methodology. The role requires independent delivery from initiation to Go-Live and hypercare, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across PAN India.

The ideal candidate will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and cutover activities, with strong client-facing communication skills and experience in S/4HANA implementations preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP projects end-to-end to Go-Live and hypercare.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects using SAP Activate across all phases.
• S/4HANA implementation experience preferred and SAP Cloud ALM exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects independently from initiation through Go-Live and hypercare.
• Manage projects using SAP Activate across Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional SAP teams including functional, technical, data migration and testing.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes and escalations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, senior management, clients and partners.
• Drive Fit-to-Standard/Fit-Gap, configuration, development, testing, data migration, cutover and Go-Live.
• Conduct governance meetings and provide regular project status reports.
• Ensure smooth transition to support/hypercare after Go-Live.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong experience in SAP Activate methodology and proven ability to independently manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects independently from project initiation through Go-Live and hypercare.
• Manage projects using the SAP Activate methodology across Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional SAP teams including functional, technical, integration, data migration, and testing teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and escalations.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, senior management, clients, and implementation partners.
• Drive Fit-to-Standard/Fit-Gap, configuration, development, testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, and Go-Live activities.
• Conduct project governance meetings and provide regular project status reports.
• Ensure successful transition to support/hypercare after Go-Live.
