Job summary

8040 MHWIRTH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a professional to ensure efficient resolution of support tickets and translate business requirements for system enhancements. This role involves the full cycle of IT and end-user testing through to successful production release.

You will provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PP & QM processes, collaborate with teams for optimizations, and conduct testing for SAP functionalities.

Job description

The objective of this role is to ensure that support tickets are resolved efficiently, gather and translate business requirements for system enhancements and coordinate the full cycle of IT testing and end-user testing through to successful production release.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PP & QM processes, including configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement solutions or optimizations to PP & QM processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and implement optimizations to manufacturing and quality processes, including integrated scenarios.
• Create functional designs for enhancement requests and manage the lifecycle of changes (coordination with development, IT testing, end-user testing, and production release).
• Conduct and support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, including defect triage and resolution coordination.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure effective utilization of SAP PP/QM processes.
• Participate in SAP upgrade/rollout initiatives and provide techno-functional support during implementation and hyper care phases.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and best practices related to discrete manufacturing.
