Job summary

HMH in Mumbai, India is seeking a SAP PP/QM Lead Analyst to drive the full cycle of SAP PP and QM support and enhancements. You will gather requirements, design solutions, coordinate testing, and ensure successful production releases in a global drilling solutions context.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver training and documentation, and stay updated on SAP best practices to optimize discrete manufacturing processes. This role is based in Mumbai with full-time engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP PP/QM modules and configurations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Experience delivering end-user training and supporting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PP & QM processes, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement optimized PP & QM solutions.
• Create functional designs for enhancement requests and manage changes through development, testing and production release.
• Conduct and support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT with defect triage and resolution coordination.
• Deliver end-user training and comprehensive documentation for SAP PP/QM processes.
• Participate in SAP upgrade/rollout initiatives and provide techno-functional support during implementation and hyper care phases.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and best practices related to discrete manufacturing.
