CONMED Corporation is seeking an Analyst (Tester-Manufacturing+Quality) to validate SAP PP/QM solutions in a manufacturing environment. You will design and execute test cases, coordinate with functional consultants, and support migration and go-live validation.

The role requires 2-3 years of SAP testing experience focused on PP and QM, experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation within manufacturing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Title : Analyst (Tester-Manufacturing+Quality)

Purpose

The SAP PP/QM Tester is responsible for validating and ensuring the quality of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions within a manufacturing environment. The role involves preparing test scenarios, executing test cycles, identifying defects, and supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation projects to ensure business requirements are met and processes function as designed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and testing activities for PP and QM modules.
• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and process designs for manufacturing operations.
• Design, prepare, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data for PP and QM processes.
• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End process validation.
• Validate manufacturing processes including:
  • Material Master
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Routings
  • Work Centers
  • Production Orders
  • MRP
  • Demand Management
  • Quality Inspection
  • Quality Notifications
  • Batch Management
  • Functional Testing
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Business Users, Developers, and Integration Teams to resolve issues.
• Support data validation and reconciliation activities during migration and cutover phases.
• Prepare test execution reports and provide status updates to project stakeholders.
• Support hyper care and post-go-live validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing best practices.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Experience

2 to 3 years of SAP testing experience with focus on SAP PP and QM modules. Mandatory experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation project within a manufacturing industry. Experience in Functional, Integration, and UAT testing.

Preferred Requirements

Education

Master's degree or SAP Certification preferred.

Experience

Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ALM, JIRA or other testing tools. Exposure to MES, EWM, MM, or SD integration.

Other Attributes

SAP S/4HANA certification in PP or QM. Knowledge of automated testing tools is an advantage.
