Job summary

Aplusa Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP PP-QM consultant in Hyderabad to own end-to-end configuration and cross-module integrations. You will lead workshops, produce BBPs, and drive S/4HANA migrations with strong data management and FS skills.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP PP/QM, a track record of at least 3 full lifecycle implementations, and excellent client-facing/leadership abilities in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of functional hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP QM.
• Led at least 3 full lifecycle SAP PP-QM/S4HANA implementations from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
• Strong cross-module integrations with PP-QM, MM-QM, SD-QM, PM-QM, CO-PP.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end configuration and customization of SAP PP (BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, MRP/MRP Live, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control) and SAP QM (MICs, Inspection Plans, Sampling Schemes, Quality Notifications, CAPA, SPC Control Charts).
• Lead requirement gathering workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and author detailed BBPs for full lifecycle SAP PP-QM and S/4HANA implementations.
• Architect and manage complex cross-module functional integrations including PP-QM, MM-QM, SD-QM, PM-QM, CO-PP and third-party MES/LIMS interfaces.
• Author FS for RICEFW objects and oversee master data migration using S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LTMC, and LSMW.
• Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live deployment, and hypercare support.
• Provide L3 functional support, resolve production issues through root cause analysis, and mentor junior consultants on SAP best practices.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and author detailed Business Blueprints (BBP) for full lifecycle SAP PP-QM and S/4HANA implementations.
• Architect and manage complex cross-module functional integrations including PP-QM, MM-QM, PM-QM, SD-QM, CO-PP (Product Costing), as well as third-party MES and LIMS interfaces.
• Author functional specifications (FS) for RICEFW objects and oversee master data migration using S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LTMC, and LSMW.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover execution, go-live deployment, and hypercare support.
• Provide L3 functional support, resolve critical production issues through root cause analysis, and mentor junior consultants on SAP best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience & Projects: 8+ years of functional hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP QM, with a proven track record of leading at least 3 full lifecycle end-to-end implementation / S/4HANA conversion projects from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
• Functional Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Production Planning (Discrete, Repetitive, PP-PI, MRP Live, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Execution) and Quality Management (Quality Planning, Goods Receipt/In-Process/Final Inspections, Quality Notifications, CAPA, SPC Control Charts).
• Integration & Systems Mastery: Hands-on experience managing complex cross-module integrations (PP-QM, MM-QM, SD-QM, PM-QM, CO-PP) as well as third-party shop-floor integrations with MES and LIMS systems.
• Technical & Data Capabilities: Strong proficiency in writing detailed Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW objects, custom logic, and managing master/transactional data migration using S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LTMC, or LSMW.
• Methodology & Soft Skills: Solid understanding of enterprise system architecture and SAP Activate / Agile project methodologies, combined with exceptional client-facing presentation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Education & Certifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or related fields; SAP Certification in S/4HANA PP/Manufacturing or QM is strongly preferred.
