Job summary

N-LABS.AI PRIVATE LIMITED in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP PP and QM to implement, configure, and support end-to-end PP/QM processes while collaborating with business and IT teams.

You will handle PP processes including MRP, Demand Management, Production Planning and Scheduling, BOM and Work Center, Routing and Production Versions, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor processes; QM processes include

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Experience with PP/QM integration with MM, SD, and FI/CO.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Experience working with ABAP teams on enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PP and QM modules based on business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Handle SAP PP processes including MRP, Demand Management, Production Planning and Scheduling, BOM and Work Center, Routing and Production Versions, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor processes.
• Handle SAP QM processes including Quality Planning, Inspection Plans and Characteristics, Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, Usage Decisions, Quality Certificates, Results Recording, and Defect Management.
• Configure and support integration between PP, QM, MM, SD, and FI/CO.
• Analyze production and quality issues and provide root-cause-based solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications for required enhancements and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support UAT.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and user manuals.
• Provide end-user training and support during SAP implementation and rollout activities.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
• Work with business users to identify process improvements and SAP optimization opportunities.
• Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities when required.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP PP/QM processes while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, SAP PP/QM configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and experience in resolving production and quality-related business requirements. Notice period of immediate to 15 days is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
