Job summary

Apeejay Stya Group in Delhi invites applications for an Assistant Distribution Executive/SAP Operator at its Delhi branch. The role involves managing SAP-based invoicing and dispatch documents and supporting distribution activities.

Candidate should be a graduate with 1–2 years' experience in trading, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sectors, with strong SAP and MS Office knowledge. Prior depot/branch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and other despatch documents from SAP on receipt of orders.
• Generate invoice and despatch related documents from SAP.
• Enter goods receipt at depot/branch in the software and generate reports (LR, dispatch, PDC).
• Carry out data entry/invoicing with good typing speed.

• A reputed Pharmaceutical company needs for its Branch office as a SAPOperator/ computer operator.
• Graduate in any discipline .Experience of having worked any Trading / Pharmaceutical / FMCG Company
• Those who have worked in similar capacity in a Depot, Branch , CFA ( preferably) Distributor of FMCG ,PHARMACEUTICAL Company
• Must have good knowledge of SAP Ms Office.
• To prepare the invoice / Bill in SAP software on receipt of the order. Generate invoice and other despatch related documents from SAP
• To enter the details on receipt of the goods at the Depot/ branch in the software and generate related reports. LR entry, dispatch entry, PDC entry etc.
