Qualifications

• Experience in branch/depot supervision and daily activities
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of drug & food regulatory authorities & FSSAI license updation
• Experience in orders, dispatches, payments, and stockist claims
• Basic accounting knowledge and GST filing
• GST knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily branch/depot activities
• Monitor the daily Orders / Dispatches/ payments/ party claims of stockists
• Ensure all payments collections are deposited to the bank in time
• Look after the SAP related work and supervise the data entry operator
• Keep track of the quarantine/Date expired & Breakage rejected stock
• Follow up with branch on outstanding payments
• Coordinate with Branch and resolve supply/payment issues
• Audit stock monthly after closing
• Coordinate with Auditors external & internal and answer queries
• Prepare MIS reports and other reports for related queries
• Ensure SOP of Distribution is followed

• Proficient in MS Office preferably & SAP
• Look after the Drug & food Regulatory authorities & FSSAI license updation requirement & maintain the same.
• Monitor the daily Orders / Dispatches/ payment/ party claims of stockists.
• Ensuring all payments collections are deposited to the bank in time.
• Look after the SAP related work and activities and supervise the data entry operator for accuracy of the data.
• Keep track of the quarantine/ Date expired & Breakage rejected stock and its destruction
• Look after the Cheque Bounces Cases, and recovery process if any
• Follow up with branch of customer regarding outstanding payments.
• Coordinating with Branch and solve daily supply / Payment & other issues if any.
• Look after lead time of secondary Data punch in
• Do an audit of stock every month after closing.
• Co- ordination with Auditors external & internal on their visits and answering their queries.
• MIS report and other reports to related queries. And internal audit team.
• To ensure the SOP of Distribution is followed in totality.
• Basic accounting Knowledge
• GST Return filing GST -1, GST 3B reconciliation GSTR2b
• E-invoicing, E-waybill
