The candidate will manage stock, collections, and data accuracy, while coordinating with auditors and ensuring SOP adherence across distribution activities.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in any stream, preferably B.Com.
• 04-08 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Experience in handling regulatory aspects and licensing processes (FSSAI, drug & food regulatory authorities).
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with data entry oversight.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily activities of Branch/Depot and supervise operations.
• Monitor orders, dispatches, payments, and stockist claims.
• Ensure timely payments deposits and accurate data entry in SAP.
• Maintain regulatory licenses (FSSAI, drug regs) and ensure compliance.
• Manage collections, invoice processing, and follow-ups on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare MIS reports and distribution SOP compliance.
• Conduct monthly stock audits and manage rejection/destruction processes.
• Support branch coordination to resolve supply, payment, and related issues.

Roles & Responsibility

• Graduate.(any stream), Preferably B.com
• Manage and overall supervision of all daily activities of Branch/ Depot
• Proficient in MS Office preferably & SAP
• Look after the Drug & food Regulatory authorities & FSSAI license updation requirement & maintain the same.
• Monitor the daily Orders / Dispatches/ payment/ party claims of stockists.
• Ensuring all payments collections are deposited to the bank in time.
• Look after the SAP related work and activities and supervise the data entry operator for accuracy of the data.
• Keep track of the quarantine/ Date expired & Breakage rejected stock and its destruction
• Look after the Cheque Bounces Cases, and recovery process if any
• Follow up with branch of customer regarding outstanding payments.
• Coordinating with Branch and solve daily supply / Payment & other issues if any.
• Look after lead time of secondary Data punch in
• Do an audit of stock every month after closing.
• Co- ordination with Auditors external & internal on their visits and answering their queries.
• MIS report and other reports to related queries. And internal audit team.
• To ensure the SOP of Distribution is followed in totality.
• Basic accounting Knowledge
• GST Return filing GST -1, GST 3B reconciliation GSTR2b
• E-invoicing, E-waybill
• Knowledge of Expiry& Breakage.
