Job summary

A reputed Pharmaceutical company is hiring for a Data entry operator at its Roorkee branch. Graduate (any stream), preferably B.com, with 1-3 years of experience is sought.

Candidates should have worked in a Pharmaceutical company or its depot/branch and be proficient in MS Office and ERP packages like SAP/Tally. The role involves invoicing on receipt of orders, generating despatch documents, and entering goods receipts into the system with accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream), Preferably B.com.
• Experience of 1–3 years.
• Experience in a Pharmaceutical company is preferred.
• Worked in Depot/Branch/CFA/Distributor of PHARMACEUTICAL company.
• Must have good knowledge of MS Office and ERP packages like SAP/Tally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices/Bill in customised software on order receipt.
• Generate invoices and despatch-related documents.
• Enter details on receipt of goods at Depot/Branch and generate reports.
• Carry out data entry/invoicing with good typing speed, preferably in a pharma trading setup.

• Those who have worked in similar capacity in a Depot, Branch , CFA , Distributor of - PHARMACEUTICAL Company
• Must have good knowledge of the modules of MS Office and should have worked on ERP Package like SAP / Tally.
• To prepare the invoice / Bill in customised software on receipt of the order. Generate invoice and other despatch related documents etc.
• To enter the details on receipt of the goods at the Depot/ branch in the software and generate related reports.
• Experience of around 1-3yrs. of carrying out Data entry/ invoicing etc. and having good typing speed. Preference to those who have worked in a Branch/ Depot of a Pharmaceutical company or a trading company in similar role, in ERP package specially SAP.
