Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi, India, for a Computer Operator at A.B. Enterprises. The Computer Operator will handle daily computer operation tasks, ensure accurate data entry, maintain systems' functionality, and support various back‑office operations. Responsibilities also include monitoring system operations, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring data accuracy within assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Overseeing the complete daily billing cycle for outbound pharmaceutical and diagnostic inventory.
• Preparing, processing, and maintaining Credit Notes and Debit Notes with high accuracy.
• Generating and monitoring GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) for all incoming stock efficiently.
• Handling extensive data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation using Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Working proficiently in SAP to maintain accurate, real‑time logistics data updates.
