Job summary

WOW Softech in Uttar Pradesh, India, seeks an experienced SAP Manager to own the SAP landscape supporting Distribution and Manufacturing. You will manage SAP S/4HANA, RISE and SAP Business One (B1), driving end-to-end implementations, enhancements, integrations and governance.

The ideal candidate will lead SAP projects across geographies, ensure system stability, and align with governance, data integrity, and vendor management, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, RISE and SAP Business One (B1).
• Hands-on experience in at least one complete end-to-end SAP implementation across geographies.
• Strong experience with SAP HANA, CRM, HRM, RFQ and WMS applications, including SAP and non-SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience managing large-user support environments and helpdesk operations.
• Strong experience in UAT, user training, documentation and application support governance.
• Proven experience in SAP and non-SAP application integration.
• Proven experience in implementing and enforcing SOPs, governance frameworks and industry best practices.
• Strong people management, stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of SLA management and vendor performance evaluation.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Manager to own and manage the overall SAP application landscape supporting our Distribution and Manufacturing operations. The role will be responsible for SAP S/4HANA, RISE and SAP Business One (B1), end-to-end implementations, enhancements, integrations, application support, governance, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and RISE, with exposure to multi-geography implementations and integration of SAP with various non-SAP enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the overall SAP application landscape, including SAP S/4HANA, RISE and SAP Business One (B1).
• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement and rollout projects across multiple geographies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Manage SAP application support operations, including helpdesk governance, incident management, problem management, RCA and SLA adherence.
• Oversee integration between SAP and non-SAP applications such as CRM, HRM, RFQ, WMS and other enterprise platforms.
• Ensure system stability, performance optimization, availability and continuous improvement of SAP applications.
• Drive UAT, user training, system adoption and documentation across business functions.
• Establish and enforce SOPs, governance frameworks, policies, compliance controls and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with BASIS, infrastructure, cloud and technical teams for system upgrades, performance tuning, SAP instance management and landscape optimization.
• Support SAP hardware sizing, server administration and coordination with data-center/cloud teams.
• Manage external SAP vendors, implementation partners and service providers, including contract governance, SLA management and 360-degree vendor performance evaluation.
• Lead continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives aligned with business growth and digital transformation objectives.
• Ensure data integrity, security, compliance and audit readiness across the SAP ecosystem.
• Provide leadership and guidance to internal SAP/application teams and ensure effective stakeholder management.

Preferred candidate profile
