Job summary

Shubhashish Builders And Developers seeks an Associate Manager SAP to lead SAP implementations, support, and integration across business functions, driving stability and process optimization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design optimal SAP solutions and manage incidents and changes within defined SLAs.

The role requires hands-on SAP experience, preferably with S/4HANA, and exposure to Real Estate or infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / CS / IT required.
• 5+ years of SAP experience.
• End-to-end SAP implementation and support experience.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA exposure preferred.
• Real Estate / Infrastructure industry implementation experience is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and business process understanding.
• Exposure to SAP modules or tech areas such as FICO, MM, PS, ABAP on HANA, EWM, SAC is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities.

The role involves leading SAP implementation, support, enhancement, and integration initiatives across business functions while ensuring system stability, process optimization, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and/or technical SAP expertise with experience in end-to-end implementations, support projects, and cross-functional coordination. Experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure industry implementations will be an added advantage.
