Job summary

Infosys Bengaluru seeks a seasoned SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to lead payroll solutions for multi-country deployments. You will drive end-to-end implementations, participate in workshops, and coordinate data migration and testing.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and deep knowledge of PA/OM and Time Management. As part of Infosys, you will collaborate with global teams, maintain SDLC compliance, and mentor junior consultants while delivering value through innovative payroll

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in SAP HCM, mainly Payroll.
• Hands-on experience in at least one End-to-End SAP HCM Payroll implementation lifecycle (gather, workshop, build, test, migrate).
• Payroll configuration for PA/OM/ Time Management and related modules.
• Experience with cross-country payroll and multi-country requirements is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement to deliver high-quality SAP HCM Payroll solutions across client projects.
• Conduct workshops, document requirements, design solutions, train users and support data migration.
• Coordinate with global teams, manage risks, and ensure adherence to SDLC and agile practices.
• Act as single point of contact for clients and provide strategic guidance on payroll processes.

SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

• Minimum 9+ years of experience in SAP HCM, mainly Payroll
• Experience in minimum 1 End to End SAP HCM Payroll implementations – for each of these phases’ requirement gathering, conduct workshops, build, training, testing, data migration
• Hands on Experience on Payroll /Time Schemas and Rules Payroll of at least one country in Americas, Europe, or APAC
• Experience in Configuration of PA/OM/ Time Management/ Payroll/ Time/ ESS-MSS/ Interfaces/ FIORI APPS
• Integration experience with HCM on S/4 HANA with Workday, SuccessFactors and other third-party systems will be added benefit
• Excellent Communication and ability to work as team, as role will require to have extensive meetings with all stakeholders and will be a single point of contact
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Two or three industry domain knowledge
• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
• Client Interfacing skills
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
