Job summary

PradeepIT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP HCM resource to lead and support the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and Benefits.

You will analyze HR processes, manage data migration, provide ongoing support, and coordinate integrations with other SAP modules and systems to deliver compliant, scalable HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. SAP HCM certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and Benefits. Knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP Fiori is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing SAP HCM projects, including planning, execution, delivery and implementation experience for 2+ projects.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changes.
• Understanding of HR compliance requirements and regulations, including data privacy and security

Responsibilities
