Job summary

PriceWaterhouseCoopers Pvt Ltd ( PWC ) is seeking a mid-level SAP HCM consultant to deliver SAP HCM solutions. You will work with HR teams to translate requirements, design configurations, and implement modules across PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and more.

Training, documentation, and data migration support are expected. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on SAP best practices, and ensure HR processes comply with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience as SAP HCM functional consultant or similar role.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, TM, Payroll, ESS/MSS, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and business teams to translate requirements into SAP HCM solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Event Management, Performance).
• Customize SAP HCM processes to support HR workflows.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users.
• Provide documentation including design specs and user manuals.
• Assist data migration and integration related to SAP HCM.
• Stay updated with SAP HCM best practices and upgrades.
• Coordinate with technical teams for development and integration.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. years of experience in SAP HCM functional consulting.
• Expertise in SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS, Recruitment, Learning, and Performance Management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other modules (FI/CO, MM) is an advantage.

Preferred

• SAP HCM Certification.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll in localized regions.
• Exposure to SAP upgrades and support projects.
