Job summary

Qualifications

• 9+ years of SAP PM experience in both implementation and support projects.
• Deep knowledge of Master Data (Functional Location, Equipment Master, Work Center, Class & Characteristics, etc.).
• Experience in Notification Management, including configuration and integration with Maintenance Orders.
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling parameters, and Maintenance Strategy.
• Experience in Maintenance Order Management processes (Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance).
• Experience with Status Management in Notifications and Maintenance Orders; SAP PM integration with third-party tools.
• Ability to write Functional Specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client interfacing skills.
• Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PM engagement from problem definition to solution deployment.
• Review proposals and guide solutions while identifying risks and issues.
• Coordinate change management requirements with clients using structured approaches.
• Coach and develop the team, provide training, and recognize high performance.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with value-driven consulting.

SAP PM Consultant

• Must have minimum 9+ years of relevant experience with good analytical skill having experience in Implementation and Support projects
• In-depth knowledge in below mentioned areas –
• Master Data: Functional Location, Equipment Master, Class & Characteristics, Work center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points etc.
• Notification Management: Configuration and Process Flow, Integration with Maintenance Order
• Preventive Maintenance: Single Cycle Plan, Strategy Based Maintenance Plan, Task List, Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameter, Maintenance Strategy, Deadline Monitoring
• Maintenance Order Management: Breakdown Maintenance Process & Corrective Maintenance Process, Calibration Maintenance
• Should have worked on Status Management in Notification and Maintenance Order. Must have experience in SAP PM integration with third party tool
• Experience in writing Functional Specification (FS), co-ordination with ABAP team and testing of new functionality or enhancement Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
