Mantle Solutions in India is seeking an experienced Executive - SAP HCM with 3+ years of hands-on SAP HCM Payroll expertise to ensure accurate payroll operations. You'll configure, test, and support SAP HCM Payroll, PA and OM modules, handle wage types, payroll schemas, PCRs, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver secure payroll solutions and effective issue resolution.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive - SAP HCM with a minimum of 3 years of experience, primarily specializing in SAP HCM Payroll. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processes, SAP HCM configuration, and payroll troubleshooting to ensure accurate and efficient payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP HCM Payroll functionalities.
• Handle payroll processing, wage types, payroll schemas, and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).
• Troubleshoot payroll errors and resolve issues related to payroll calculations and processing.
• Work on payroll configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Support payroll integration with other SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Analyze business requirements and support SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation and coordinate with technical teams for required enhancements.
• Perform testing, including unit testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing support, maintain documentation, and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
