Job summary

Optimum Solutions seeks an experienced SAP HCM ABAP Developer to join our team. You will contribute to technical development across SAP HR/HCM areas, focusing on PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management, and support replication frameworks.

You will design, develop, and optimize ABAP programs, BAPIs, and IDocs, collaborating with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver robust HR solutions. Immediate to 15 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

• SAP HCM ABAP Developer with hands-on experience in SAP HR/HCM technical development.
• Expertise in PA and OM, Payroll, and Time Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support SAP HCM/HR ABAP custom developments.
• Design and implement technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Work on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, and Time Management.
• Develop and support RICEFW objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
• Develop HR-specific ABAP programs using PNP/PNPCE Logical Databases.
• Work with Infotypes, User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancements, BAPIs, ALE/IDocs.
• Develop and support employee/HR master data replication solutions.
• Hands-on experience with BIB and HR replication frameworks.
• Analyze and resolve production issues, debugging, and timely solutions.
• Optimize ABAP developments for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Prepare technical specs, design docs, and unit test documentation.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants and business stakeholders.
