Job summary

Infoservices DigiTech India Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP developer to design, implement, and support SAP HR modules including HCM, Payroll, OM and PA.

You will work on OO ABAP, Smart Forms, interfaces, and BAPIs for robust HR data integration. Ideal candidates bring hands-on ABAP expertise, experience with HR macros and HR data interfaces, and a track record of successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 2+ full cycle SAP HR ABAP implementations.
• Tangible hands-on in OO ABAP, Smart Forms and SAP Scripts.
• Experience with HR data interfaces and FMs/BAPIs.
• Ability to write technical specifications and solve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• SAP HCM experience with HR databases, reports, programs, screens.
• Functional knowledge of Payroll, OM and PA.
• Work with HR macros for reading info types.
• Experience with HR FMs/BAPIs to update HR data.
• Interface external systems into SAP.
• Lead 2+ full cycle SAP HR ABAP implementations.

Job Information:

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP HCM Experience using HR logical databases including reports, programs, screens
• Functional knowledge on Payroll, OM and PA
• Worked with HR macros for reading data from info types
• Experience of HR relevant FMs/BAPIs which can be used to update HR data
• Experience interfacing external (non-SAP) systems into SAP
• 2+ full cycle implementations as SAP HR ABAP Developer
• Hands on experience on Object Oriented ABAP, Smart Forms, Interface Programming, SAP Scripts, SMARTFORMS
• Strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies such as Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, Dialog Programming,
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations
• Proven experience in writing and validating technical specifications
• Strong logical and analytical abilities along with problem solving skills
