Job summary

ZettaMine Labs Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HCM Developer with 8 to 10 years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience to design, develop, maintain, and support custom ABAP solutions for HR requirements.

The candidate will work on PA, OM, TM, and preferably PY, with strong expertise in HR infotypes, HR Read InfoType, and integration interfaces. Collaborate with HR and functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable ABAP solutions.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP.
• Strong experience in SAP HCM/HR ABAP development.
• Good knowledge of PA, OM, and TM; Payroll experience is preferred.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HCM Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP and strong expertise in SAP HCM/HR modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting custom ABAP solutions for HR business requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM) and preferably Payroll (PY).

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in SAP HCM.
• Develop HR reports using Classical ALV and other ABAP reporting techniques.
• Develop and maintain HR forms using SAPScript, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms.
• Develop and support interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services.
• Work extensively with SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, TM, and PY.
• Develop and maintain programs using HR Infotypes and HR Logical Databases such as PNP and PNPCE.
• Work with standard SAP HR function modules, including HR_READ_INFOTYPE, for retrieving and processing employee data.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical ABAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues related to SAP HCM ABAP developments.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and HR/business teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
• Follow SAP development standards, coding best practices, testing procedures, and documentation requirements.
