Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in the HR and Payroll domain to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in ABAP development, strong debugging skills, and the ability to independently handle complex technical challenges in enterprise SAP environments.Location :- Hydrabad (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP (HR module).
• Work extensively on Object-Oriented ABAP, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
• Develop and implement solutions using Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, and OOPS concepts.
• Create and maintain Global Classes and Methods based on business and client requirements.
• Provide strong technical expertise in SAP HR and Payroll, including payroll processing and related objects.
• Perform advanced debugging and root-cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues.
• Write, review, and validate technical specifications and design documents.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Independently manage critical issues and deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of overall experience in software development with strong focus on SAP ABAP (HR module).
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Object-Oriented ABAP
• Interface Programming
• Reports, Enhancements, BADIs
• Strong domain knowledge in SAP HR and Payroll.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP BTP framework.
• Proven experience in writing technical specifications and design documentation.
• Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate (BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech).
• 7–10 years of relevant SAP ABAP development experience (HR/Payroll focused).
• Candidates should have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience working on the SAP HR/Payroll module.
• Notice Period: Candidates who can join within 15–20 days are preferred. We can consider up to 30 days, but immediate joiners will be prioritized.
