Job summary

Kingfa is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to provide comprehensive functional and technical support across SD, MM, PP, FI, and Costing. The role emphasizes collaboration with end users, cross-functional teams, and external consultants to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing process knowledge, hands-on SAP experience in SD and MM, and familiarity with ECC or S/4HANA environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Functional Support.
• Hands-on experience in at least SAP SD and SAP MM modules.
• Working knowledge of SAP PP, FI, and Costing processes.
• Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environment.
• SAP certification in any functional module will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end SAP Functional Support across SD, MM, PP, FI, and Costing.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP-related issues raised by users.
• Monitor and support daily SAP transactions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate with business users to understand requirements and provide SAP solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions as required.
• Study existing business processes and recommend SAP-based improvements.
• Support change requests, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure seamless integration between SD, MM, PP, FI, and Costing modules.
• Assist in generating and analyzing SAP reports and MIS dashboards.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to provide functional and technical support across multiple SAP modules including SD, MM, PP, FI, and Costing. The role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with users across locations, and ensuring smooth functioning of SAP processes within the organization.

The candidate should possess strong business process knowledge in manufacturing environments and have the ability to work closely with end users, cross-functional teams, and external consultants to drive system efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Functional Support

• Provide end-to-end support for SAP modules including:
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP PP (Production Planning)
• SAP FI (Financial Accounting)
• Product Costing / Cost Center Accounting
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP-related issues raised by users.
• Monitor and support daily SAP transactions to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Coordinate with business users to understand requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.

User Support & Incident Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP users across all plant and office locations.
• Provide timely support for tickets, incidents, and service requests.
• Assist users in transaction processing, report generation, and system navigation.
• Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions as required.

Business Process Improvement

• Study existing business processes and recommend SAP-based improvements.
• Support process optimization initiatives across Procurement, Production, Sales, Inventory, Finance, and Costing functions.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Configuration & Change Management

• Perform basic SAP configuration and customization activities within authorized scope.
• Support change requests, testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Support implementation of new business requirements and process changes.

Integration & Coordination

• Ensure seamless integration between SD, MM, PP, FI, and Costing modules.
• Coordinate with external SAP consultants and support partners when required.
• Participate in SAP upgrades, rollouts, and enhancement projects.
• Support master data governance and data accuracy initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics

• Assist business users in generating and analyzing SAP reports.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards as required.
• Support month-end and year-end business processes.
