Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with deep ABAP expertise in SD and MM modules. You will serve as a technical lead, driving delivery, troubleshooting and performance tuning across multi-project environments.

The role requires strong communication, advanced ABAP development skills, data migration experience and a track record of SAP implementations and customizations. Interaction with business users and technical teams is essential.

Qualifications

7-13 years of SAP ABAP experience with SD/MM modules.
Strong communication and ability to manage multiple deliverables and projects.
Expertise in technical integration, troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

Act as technical lead, resolve application issues promptly.
Develop plans and estimates for development, testing and implementation.
Translate business requirements into technical specs for coding and testing.
Create, document and execute unit, integration and acceptance tests for complex functions.
Tune performance across multiple functions to improve system efficiency.
Oversee integration activities and monitor architecture to meet SLA.
Provide on-call support and manage change windows as needed.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Techno Functional Consultant with a strong expertise in SAP ABAP, specifically in the SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP R/3 environment and its technical functionalities, as well as proficiency in handling complex technical scenarios while managing multiple projects.
As a Senior SAP Technical Consultant, you will act as the subject matter expert, assisting with project delivery, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ensuring seamless technical integration. You will collaborate with both business users and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements and drive improvements in system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the technical lead, ensuring the identification and resolution of application issues in a timely manner.
Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for project completion, including development, system testing, and implementation phases.
Transform business function requirements into technical program specifications for coding, testing, and debugging.
Develop, code, document, and execute unit tests, system integration tests, and acceptance tests for high-complexity functions.
Perform performance tuning across multiple functions to improve system efficiency.
Ensure integration activities and monitor the technical architecture (scalability, availability, and archiving) to meet all SLA requirements.
Manage operational support, including working during change windows and providing on-call support as needed.

Primary Skills

SAP ABAP with expertise in FICO (Finance and Controlling)
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD and MM module objects.
Deep knowledge of ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Classical & Interactive Reports (ALV), Dialog Programming, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Expertise in SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
Experience with Data Migration, Data Uploads using BDC and LSMW.
Experience with RFC, IDOCs, and BDC handling.
Ability to build and maintain Technical Design Documentation, Test Scripts, and RICEFW matrices.
Proficiency in ABAP Debugging, Performance Tools, Runtime Analysis, and SQL Trace.

Required Qualifications & Experience

7-13 years of experience in SAP ABAP with strong hands-on experience in SAP SD/MM modules.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables and projects.
Strong object orientation skills and proficiency in system analysis, design, development, and implementation.
Expertise in SAP implementation and customization across different business processes and applications.
Previous experience in project and team management activities.
