Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations across multiple Indian locations, including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and New Delhi. The role emphasizes requirements gathering, designing robust SAP solutions, and proactive client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 12–16 years in FICO, with exposure to FSCM, TRM and Group Reporting, and will drive testing, documentation, and stabilization of the

Qualifications

• Gathering business requirements and writing functional specs.

• End-to-end implementations experience in SAP FICO.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy SAP ERP solutions in FI/CO.
• Lead analysis and design in SAP FI/CO with clients' finance teams.
• Conduct structured testing internally and with users.
• Ensure stabilization and continuous improvements of the solution.
• Provide guidance on blueprints, implementation, and reporting.

• Must be comfortable in Customer engagement and take lead and ownership in facing customer pro-actively as per project requirement.
• Must be supportive in competency building by contributing as Interview panel and resource fitment based on project/practice requirement.

• Should have 14+ years of experience as FICO Consultant.
• Responsibilities of FICO Consultant include:
• Should have 5 - 8 of related experience & should have done end to end 2 implementations projects
• Understanding the business requirement of the organization
• Preparation of Blue print for implementing the project.
• Implementation of the project.
