Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Experience

Experience Required: 6+ Years

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation experience
• Mandatory exposure to both Greenfield and Brownfield implementations
• Strong knowledge of core SAP FICO modules:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Cost Controlling (CO)
• Experience in integration with other SAP modules like MM and SD
• Good understanding of business processes, financial accounting, and controlling concepts
• Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and actively participate in end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Work on both Greenfield and Brownfield projects, handling system setups, upgrades, and enhancements
• Configure and support core SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes
• Gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications and SAP solutions
• Perform gap analysis and recommend best-fit solutions aligned with SAP standards
• Support data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation
• Execute SIT and UAT testing, ensuring quality delivery
• Provide post go-live support and resolve production issues
• Prepare and maintain functional and configuration documentation
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Handle change requests, enhancements, and support tickets
• Coordinate with technical teams on RICEFW developments
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit, and regulatory requirements
