Job summary

IT Resonance Inc. in Chennai offers a Hybrid SAP FI/CO Lead role requiring 8+ years of experience in SAP S4 HANA FICO with multiple end-to-end implementations and global rollouts.

You will map business requirements to SAP processes, design global templates and coordinate with technical teams for RICEF developments. The role requires strong knowledge across GL, AR, AP, Assets, COPA and integration with MM/SD/PP, along with Fiori apps and workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing SAP S4 HANA FICO with 2-3 end-to-end implementations and global rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into SAP configurations and developments.
• Build global templates and propose process improvements.
• Model and document processes; design solutions with development teams for SAP configurations and custom developments.
• Coordinate with business and IT: As-Is/To-Be, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities.
• Develop, monitor and communicate SAP development and integration plans and governance models.
• Communicate with stakeholders about scope, risks and business impacts from SAP projects.
• Hold regular portfolio integration meetings; ensure developments follow standards.
• Govern risks across cross-application projects affecting SAP project portfolio.

Position:

SAP FI/CO Consultant

Job Type: Fulltime

Work Location: Chennai/Hybrid

Work Timing: 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST

Role and Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements from customer stakeholders, document them and build & configure solution working with functional / technical teams
• Build global template and proposes process improvement plans
• Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments.
• Coordinating with business, As-Is/To-Be, Configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities.
• Develop/monitor/update and communicate SAP development plan, Integration Plan and Governance model
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT team adoption of Agile methodology
• Ensure effective communication to all stake holders (Business, PMO office, Client Partner etc.) from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective
• Hold regular project portfolio Integration meetings, ensure all developments follow standards
• Govern risks imposed by Cross Application projects that affects SAP project portfolio

Must Have

• 8+ years of experience in implementing SAP S4 HANA FICO with minimum 2-3 end to end implementations along with global rollouts.
• Adept at handling business requirements and mapping them to SAP processes especially Global Template design process and liasioning with Technical Team for various RICEF developments.
• Strong skills in GL, AP, AR, Assets, Banking, Product Costing including Material Ledger, COPA, Integration with Material Management, Sales and Distribution & Production Planning modules, Interfaces.
• Conversant with SAP Fiori apps, Workflows
• Experience with cutover and data migration activities.
• Hands on experience with Credit Management, Dispute Management
• Additional skills in Contract Accounting or Group Reporting is preferred
• Exposure with SAP Presales is preferred
