Job summary

The Hackett Group in Hyderabad (Work from Office) is seeking a Sr Consultant – SAP FICO with 4 to 8 years of experience to design, customize, configure and test FI/CO modules, and to understand the delivery process in client engagements.

The role requires implementing SAP financial solutions across finance, accounting, cost controls, treasury and investment management, plus strong problem-solving skills and advanced MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist business in leveraging standard processes to reduce complexity.
• Facilitate SAP Financials implementation and support (controlling, profitability, cost center accounting, etc.).
• Analyze complex business requirements and document customer needs.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and identify gaps.

Role & responsibilities:

• Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
• Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support services Location structure development, Login/Password resets, initial testing of any customized tool being used etc.
• Work with client survey coordinator to ensure that all survey data is complete, accurate, and answered in a manner consistent with other submissions in the data base
• Should have the ability to implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment management
• Ability to implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment management
• Assist business in leveraging (where advisable) standard process/system capabilities to reduce complexity and customization
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement)
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
• Document functional designs, test cases and results
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
