Job Description

• SAP FICO consultant is mainly responsible for designing, building and deploying SAP-based ERP solutions; leading analysis and design in the SAP FI/CO area, often in close cooperation with the client’s finance team.
• Conduct structured testing internally and with users; ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements.
• Have 6–10 years of related experience and have completed end‑to‑end two implementation projects and minimum three years of experience in AMS support.
• Experience in Bank Communication Management and Integration with Banks.
• Work with multiple AMS clients and possess strong problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in India localization projects with exposure to GST.
• Experience in withholding tax configuration including ISD and related business scenarios.
• Experience in company‑code roll‑outs and plant roll‑outs including all module integration knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of functional specs and test scripts; documentation knowledge.
• Preparation of BPD, BPML and KDS documents.
• GL/AP/AR process knowledge.
• Interface between SAP and third‑party systems.
• Good knowledge in WRICEF objects with H2H implementation knowledge.
• Knowledge in asset accounting depreciation and procurement & sales process.
• Basic controlling knowledge and month‑end closing experience.
• Basic knowledge in material ledger & actual costing process.
• Understanding business requirements.
• Preparation of blueprint for implementing the project.

• Experience in manufacturing industries (FMCG, automobile, steel, textiles) and service sector industries is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• 6-10 years of hands‑on FICO experience with two S/4 HANA implementations and three support projects.
• CA/ICWA candidates preferred; otherwise a postgraduate such as MBA/MCom as minimum educational qualification.
• SAP certification and exposure to SAP S/4 HANA.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong executive presence; ability to interact with customer top management.
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
