Job summary

VySystems is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Engineer specialized in Employee Central to balance technical and functional work. The role focuses on configuring EC, business rules, workflows, MDF, and foundation objects, and on building integrations with SAP and third-party systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, strong integration skills (OData/APIs), and excellent stakeholder communication to translate business requirements into effective SF solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Work on Employee Central configuration, business rules, workflows, MDF, and foundation objects.
• Develop and support integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/third-party systems.
• Work with Integration Center, APIs, OData, and other SuccessFactors integration technologies.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and provide root-cause solutions.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate SuccessFactors solutions.
• Collaborate with HR/business stakeholders, technical teams, and other IT teams.
• Participate in implementation, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation as required.
