Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP ECP Techno-Functional Consultant to design and implement payroll solutions within the ECP environment, leveraging HR-ABAP, Web-Dynpro, and CDS views.

You will bridge functional payroll requirements with technical delivery, support integrations (CPI/PI/PO) and data replication, and collaborate with Payroll Functional consultants to troubleshoot schemas, PCRs, and interfaces, while enhancing custom interfaces and reports using SAP BTP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP implementations in HCM/Payroll.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions within the ECP environment, utilizing HR-ABAP skills.
• Bridge the gap between functional payroll requirements and technical implementation.
• Support integration flows, ensuring data integrity for payroll replication.
• Collaborate with Payroll Functional consultants to troubleshoot payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and interface issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing custom interfaces and reports, utilizing SAP BTP and modern development standards.

Your Profile - Skills Required :

• 10+ years in SAP implementation projects, specifically within the HCM/Payroll domain.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to functional team members and business stakeholders.
