Zettamine Labs is seeking an experienced SAP ECC P50 Consultant with strong SAP HCM Payroll expertise for Switzerland and SAP Time Management across global operations. The role focuses on hands-on implementation, support, and optimization of payroll processing while aligning with HR and business stakeholders.

The consultant will configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (CH), Time Management, and related PA/OM areas, ensuring compliance and smooth payroll execution across regions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare functional specs and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and business payroll requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Payroll teams; participate in upgrades and enhancements.
• Create documentation, process flows, and training materials.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC P50 Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll for Switzerland (CH) and SAP Time Management across global operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in SAP ECC HCM implementations, support, enhancements, and payroll processing, with the ability to collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.

The consultant will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions while ensuring compliance with local and global business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain SAP HCM Payroll (Switzerland - CH) within SAP ECC.
• Manage and support SAP Time Management processes for global business operations.
• Analyze payroll and time management requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform payroll schema, rule, wage type, and payroll process configuration.
• Support payroll execution, testing, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Configure and maintain:
  • Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Organizational Management (OM)
  • Time Evaluation
  • Absence and Attendance Management
  • Work Schedules and Holiday Calendars
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production support incidents.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and change requests.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
• Support integration between SAP HCM and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and payroll validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and business-specific payroll requirements.
• Create and maintain solution documentation, process flows, and training materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• SAP HCM Certification is preferred.
• Experience working in global support and implementation projects.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and payroll compliance requirements.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integration is an advantage.

• 5-8 years of SAP HCM experience with at least 3+ years in Payroll and Time Management.
• Strong experience in Swiss Payroll (CH) configuration and support.
