Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HR technology experience in the IT Services industry.
• Proven expertise in SAP ECC Payroll configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including data modeling, workflow configuration, and integration points.
• Demonstrated experience working with ONWARDSHR and managing complex payroll integrations.
• Solid background in AMS, with the ability to manage support lifecycles and system upgrades.

Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary expert for managing complex SAP ECC Payroll environments and integrating them with modern cloud-based solutions like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The position demands a professional who can ensure seamless data flow between legacy systems and new platforms, oversee application maintenance services (AMS), and drive strategic payroll integration projects. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our global workforce data, optimizing payroll processes, and supporting the organizations long-term HR technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute comprehensive payroll solutions using SAP ECC, ensuring full compliance with regional tax regulations and company policies.
