Job summary

Datamatics in Riyadh is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with deep Core HR and Time Management knowledge to implement and support EC, Time Off and Time Sheet modules.

You will work with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy HR transformation solutions, including data models and reporting, while guiding testing and post-go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Completed 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of EC and Time Off modules.
• Strong understanding of Core HR and Time Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Time Sheet modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, workflows, and business rules.
• Manage data models, XML configurations, and system setup.
• Support Story Reporting and HR analytics requirements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business, HR, and technical teams to deliver HR transformation initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Time Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Sheet modules, along with a solid understanding of SuccessFactors configuration, data models, and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR transformation solutions.
