N-Labs. AI Private Ltd in India is seeking an experienced SAP Project / Program Manager to lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementations (Private Cloud or Public Cloud) across multiple projects. You will ensure successful delivery, on time and within scope, while driving value for customers.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, deep knowledge of SAP Activate, risk mitigation, budgeting, and governance to enable smooth Hypercare transitions and effective AMS handovers.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project / Program Manager with strong functional expertise and a proven track record of successfully delivering SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud or SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology, and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks while driving business value for customers.

Key Responsibilities: Project & Program Delivery

• Lead multiple SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud/Public Cloud implementation programs from project initiation to Hypercare and transition to AMS.
• Ensure successful execution of projects using SAP Activate Methodology.
• Prepare and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Monitor project health through governance reviews and executive steering committee meetings.
• Ensure timely delivery with zero surprises to customers.

Project Planning & Governance

• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource plans, budgets, RAID logs, communication plans, and governance structures.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings and establish delivery governance.
• Track project progress against approved timelines and budgets.
• Conduct weekly project reviews and executive status reporting.
• Drive milestone-based delivery and billing.

Scope & Change Management

• Ensure clear documentation and sign-off of Business Requirements.
• Prevent scope creep through disciplined change request management.
• Evaluate business change requests for effort, cost, timeline, and business impact.
• Ensure contractual obligations are protected during project execution.

Budget & Financial Management

• Own project P&L.
• Track budget consumption and resource utilization.
• Monitor project profitability and forecast revenue recognition.
• Control project costs through proactive planning and resource optimization.
• Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective actions.

Resource Management

• Plan and allocate SAP Functional and Technical consultants effectively.
• Ensure optimum utilization across projects.
• Identify skill gaps and arrange necessary training or staffing.
• Collaborate with Delivery, HR, and Resource Management teams to avoid resource bottlenecks.

Risk & Issue Management

• Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Register.
• Identify delivery risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
• Escalate critical risks to leadership with recommended corrective actions.
• Prevent schedule slippages through early intervention.
