Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives for global enterprises. The role requires 8-14 years of SAP experience with 4-6+ years leading SAP projects, and a strong ability to manage diverse stakeholders across PAN India in a hybrid work setup.

You will drive governance, plan timelines and budgets, and collaborate with business leaders, architects, and technical teams to ensure successful go-lives and steady

Qualifications

• 8-14 years of SAP experience with 4-6+ years leading SAP projects.
• Proven success managing SAP S/4HANA implementations or large SAP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes, module integrations, and enterprise landscapes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects.
• Own project planning, delivery governance, timelines, budgets, and resource management.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, architects, consultants, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive requirements workshops, risk mitigation strategies, change management, and project governance.
• Manage UAT, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities.
• Present project updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Mentor project teams and promote SAP best practices across engagements.
