Capgemini seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations across initiation, go-live, and hypercare support. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, system integrators, and technical teams to drive successful deployments.

The role requires strong governance, budget and risk management, and adherence to SAP Activate methodology, with a focus on delivering SAP best practices and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Drive project governance and ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, fit-to-standard workshops, and solution design discussions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Functional, Technical, Integration, Data Migration, and Change Management workstreams.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership and steering committees.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and Go-Live readiness activities.
• Support cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and project closure activities.
• Ensure delivery quality, adherence to best practices, and customer satisfaction.
