ERM Placement Services is seeking a SAP CS Senior Associate with 5-10 years of experience to join our client delivery team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP CS/CRM solutions for diverse customers and projects.

You will work in a hybrid setup across multiple locations including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Gurugram, Pune, and Noida, engaging directly with clients to translate business needs into effective SAP CS/CRM configurations and transformations.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant SAP CS/CRM experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP CS, SAP CRM, or SAP C4C.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Customer Management preferred.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• SAP certification is an added advantage.
