Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies in India seeks an experienced SAP CS Consultant to join our team. The role emphasizes SAP CS configuration, end-to-end implementation and ongoing support, with integration to SD, MM and FI.

The candidate will analyze business processes, translate requirements into SAP CS functional specs, develop test plans, train users and document configurations for future reference. You will collaborate with stakeholders across locations to deliver seamless customer service operations

Qualifications

• Strong experience in implementing and configuring the SAP CS module.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CS processes, including service orders, notifications, warranties, returns, and equipment management.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP CS implementation project.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
• Strong integration experience with SAP SD, MM, and FI modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Experience in master data management related to customer service operations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct user training and create detailed documentation.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP CS best practices, new features, and industry trends.
