Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata is hiring an SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant with 5–12 years of experience to join our SAP practice. The role focuses on SAP CS functionality—service notifications, orders, contracts, quotations, and warranty processing—and on integration with SD and PM/EAM modules.

The candidate will lead requirements workshops, create Functional Specifications, coordinate with ABAP teams, and oversee SIT/UAT, cutover, and go-live activities to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP CS experience.
• Minimum 1 to 2 end-to-end implementations.
• Experience in support and enhancement projects.
• Strong integration experience with SD and PM/EAM modules.
• Experience in service lifecycle management and aftermarket services.
• Configure SAP CS business processes.
• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Create Functional Specifications (FS).
• Coordinate developments with ABAP teams.
• Execute SIT/UAT testing.
• Support cutover and go-live activities.
• Resolve production issues and change requests.
