Job summary

DigitalXNode is seeking SAP CRM professionals for multi-location roles in India. The ideal candidate will bring 4–8 years of hands-on experience with SAP CRM One Order, CRM ABAP OO, and Web UI, with strong process understanding across telecom, energy, and utilities sectors.

The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and the ability to manage requirements, designs, and deployments within SAP CRM ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in SAP CRM projects.
• Strong experience with SAP CRM One Order framework and CRM ABAP OO concepts.
• Proficient in Web UI and integration with ECC systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work on SAP CRM configurations, deployments and integrations across CRM systems.
• Document designs, test cases, and results.
• Lead project teams, balance multiple tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Experience in SAP CRM One Order framework, CRM ABAP OOPS concepts, and WEB UI.


• Correlation and mapping of customer requirements.


• Business Process Configuring, Integration, and Deployment with SAP CRM Systems.


• Standoff experience in SAP CRM OO ABAP coupled with BADI BAPI, User exit, Functions, and Smart forms development.


• Extensive experience in SAP CRM Sales and Service concept


• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.


• In-depth knowledge of middleware architecture, and SAP CRM Integration with ECC systems.


• Events, Action Profiles, Organizational determination, and related CRM customizing and configurations.


• Integration of SAP CRM system with Other Systems for realizing the Solution for the Requirement


• In-depth knowledge of debugging, RCA, Incident, and Change Management would be preferable.


• Should be aware of Incident, Change, and Problem Management


• One must have a minimum of 3 project implementations and 1 support experience.


• Standout verbal and written communication skills.


• Excellent team leadership experience


• Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
