Qualifications

• 9–11 years of SAP CRM functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle SAP CRM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Sales; Service & Marketing exposure is a plus.
• Experience with SAP ECC integration, middleware, and data migration.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant – Sales to lead and support end-to-end SAP CRM implementations. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring SAP CRM modules, collaborating with technical teams, and supporting testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP CRM processes (Sales, Service, Marketing)
• Configure SAP CRM Sales modules based on business needs and best practices
• Design and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
• Train end users and create functional documentation
• Collaborate with ABAP, Basis, and PI/PO teams for solution delivery
• Support data migration and integration with SAP ECC

Required Skills & Qualifications
