Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an SAP CRM & Integration Lead to design, develop, and support SAP CRM and middleware solutions across ECC, S/4HANA and Informatica integrations. 7–8 years of related experience, Pan India location, and strong ABAP/UI5 skills are required.

The candidate will drive technical delivery, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions. This role demands hands-on leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of CRM module and experience designing, developing, maintaining and enhancing SAP CRM/ ECC/ CRMUI solutions.
• Experience with ABAP/UI5/Fiori development and ABAP customization including RFC, BAPI, BADI, ALV, Data Dictionary and Smart Forms.
• Proven ability to lead SAP CRM middleware integrations to ECC and S/4HANA and to monitor and support middleware.
• Experience with Informatica Data Integration and SAP IDOC/BAPI integrations using Informatica.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, development, testing, documentation and post-implementation support for SAP CRM solutions.
• Coordinate with project and business teams to ensure optimal technical solutions.
• Oversee data and application integration between SAP CRM and external systems.
• Manage remote teams and ensure effective collaboration across functions.
• Provide production support and resolve system issues in daily operations.
• Lead the overall support of custom transactions, interfaces, forms, workflows and SAP scripts.

SAP CRM & Integration Lead

Functional and Technical Skills:

A. SAP CRM

1. Strong functional knowledge of CRM module - Design, develop, maintain and enhance application programs supporting SAP-ECC, CRMUI for customer complaints, opportunity management, lean order management and activity management.

2. Interface with clients to determine requirements and resolve issues. Provide production support for system issues that arise in the daily operations of the system.

3. Experience with framework for development of RICEFW, coding standards, documentation standards, code validation etc.

4. Experience with ABAP/UI5/Fiori development.

5. ABAP development, with both custom development and customization to existing processes, including use of RFC, BAPI, BADI, ALV, ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Reports and Smart Forms.

6. CRM Web UI developer with extensive knowledge in BOL & GENIL development.

7. Experience in Web Services, ABAP Object Orientation, Business Object Layer and AET.

8. Experience in SAP CRM middleware integration to ECC and S/4 HANA.

9. Experience in SAP CRM Lean Order Framework (LORD) and its integrations to ECC and S/4 HANA for order creation.

B. SAP CRM Middleware

a. Extensive experience in CRM ECC / S/4 integration.

b. Experience in CRM middleware integration to ECC and S/4 HANA.

c. Provide middleware monitoring and support.

C. Informatica Data Integration

a. Experience in support and development of Informatica Data Integration.

b. Monitor daily integration between SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.

c. Provide existing mapping and transformation knowledge to project team.

d. Experience in SAP IDOC and BAPI integrations using informatica.

Other Responsibilities:

• Work multi-functionally with project teams, business teams, and SAP developers to ensure the best technical solutions are designed and implemented to solve requirements.
• Lead and participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, and post implementation maintenance of SAP solutions for the business.
• Lead the overall support of custom transactions, integrations, forms, SAP scripts, workflows, and interfaces, across the SAP CRM Customer Complaints and Sample Request solutions.
• Lead and participate in data/application integration between SAP CRM and external systems.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams (virtual team environment)
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to translate business need into technical requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field
• Minimum of 7-8 years of related experience
