Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a SAP ABAP CRM Technical Consultant with 5 to 20 years of experience for a permanent WFH (Remote) opportunity in India. The role requires strong ABAP skills, CRM Web UI expertise, and experience with integration tools such as ALE, RFC, and IDOCs.

US shift timings are noted. Expected to work on developing and enhancing CRM actions, proxies, and middleware, with a focus on performance optimization and debugging in SAP CRM environments.

Qualifications

• Strong ABAP programming skills.
• Experience with SAP CRM Web UI, BOL/GENIL and MVC frameworks.
• Proficiency in ABAP Objects and CRM BAdIs.

Responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in ABAP programming.
• Experience with SAP CRM Web UI, BOL/GENIL programming, with MVC framework and One Order framework in SAP CRM.
• Proficiency in ABAP objects, object-oriented programming and SAP CRM BAdIs.
• Developing and enhancing custom actions, PPF actions, and business transactions.
• Experience in ABAP Proxy objects.
• Implement CRM Middleware enhancements and troubleshoot data replication. Knowledge of ALE, RFC, IDOCs and web services.
• Experience in performance optimization, debugging and root cause analysis in SAP CRM apps.
• Good understanding of SAP CRM Service processes.
• Experience with Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms.
• Experience in OData services.

• 3.Proficiency in ABAP objects, object-oriented programming and SAP CRM specific BAdIs.
• 4.Experience in developing and enhancing custom actions, PPF actions, and business transactions.
• 5.Experience in ABAP Proxy objects.
• 6.Experience in implementing CRM Middleware enhancements and troubleshooting data replication issues. Good knowledge in integration tools like ALE, RFC, and IDOCs and familiarity with web services.
• 7. Experience in performance optimization, debugging, and root cause analysis in SAP CRM applications.
